Ranking rule — World of Baby Food

Metric: least heavy metals / best published batch lab disclosure.

Priority order (document, do not invent numbers)

1. Disclosure exhaustiveness (baby food under CA AB899): public_web (full lot results posted without gate) > lot_code_gate > none / unknown.
2. Independent lab concern flags from cited sources only (Consumer Reports formula Mar 2025; CR baby food Jun 2023; never invent ppb).
3. Brand COA / voluntary batch labs when independently findable and dated.
4. Secondary quality (category usefulness for parents) — never overrides 1–3.

Infant formula is exempt from AB899; formula rows use CR / brand COA only.
